The Early Inspiration Training Program aims and objectives include:

To empower unskilled women working in the early childhood sector with the skills and knowledge on how to plan and implement appropriate programmes for their learners.

To mentor the practitioners with correspondence, assessments and follow up visits which will monitor the implementation of the programmes to the learners.

To equip practitioners with skills and knowledge to be able to assess learner's progress and give feedback to parents.

To equip, involve and empower unskilled women by providing them with practical material which provides basic skills knowledge and principles applicable to the education of their children.
